After initial success, Gruppo STR adds a second software package, STR Vision, to the TestDrive online demo platform.
Gothenburg, Sweden (October 30, 2008) – Runaware, the global leader in online software demonstrations and software marketing services, announced today that STR spa, a leader in the production and distribution of construction software, is continuing their successful on-demand demos with TestDrive. STR spa has four locations in Italy, with its head office in based in Pegognaga, Italy. STR has signed on to begin offering TestDrive demos of their new product, STR VISION, at www.str.it. STR VISION is a new SOA application developed by STR for all planning and task management of activities for local and central authorities, energy companies and other utilities, construction companies and business professionals to easily create estimates for Public works accounting.
“We are very pleased with the positive results we’ve received since launching TestDrive a year ago, so naturally we wanted to expand our online demo offering by adding our new STR VISION application”, remarked Nicola Baraldi, STR Marketing Director. “As we move toward the development of new applications we look forward to offering a SaaS environment by calling upon Runaware for their assistance and expertise in this arena.”
TestDrive will enable STR’s potential customers to try this new product online in its entirety and personally evaluate the task management and estimating capabilities of the software before deciding to buy.
