Position Requirements
- Participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, and release of all platform upgrades and future innovations
- Diagnose and resolve issues affecting platform performance including, but not limited to, database configuration, server performance, and code design
- Mentor and direct junior developers
- Lead in team professional development activities
- Participate in ongoing development process enhancement committee
Skill Set Requirements
- 5-7 years of software development experience
- Track record of delivering high quality products on schedule
- Expert level knowledge of either C++ or C# (preferably both)
- Thorough knowledge of Windows and Web software development
- Deep understanding of multi-tiered development, RDBMS and SOA
- Experience with OOAD, Design Patterns and refactoring
- Experience with Agile development methodologies preferred
- Ability to rapidly master new technologies
- Self motivation to solve technical challenges and improve your team’s effectiveness
- Excellent English communications skills
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent
