RESPONSIBILITIES
- Seamlessly work with the development team to ensure the quality of software as per the planned release cycles.
- Develop testing strategies, create test plans, test cases and test scripts
- Perform manual, regression and black/glass box testing, track defects, and document outcomes.
- Diagnose and resolve issues affecting platform performance including, but not limited to, database configuration and server performance
- Participate in ongoing development process enhancement
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of software QA/testing experience
- Track record of delivering high quality products on schedule
- Experience with QA/testing tools such as Scapa, LoadRunner, WinRunner, QTP and Test Director
- In depth knowledge of QA/Test Principles, Methodologies and Techniques in regards to regression testing, performance testing and test automation in addition to expertise in manual testing, designing in depth, complex and detail test cases.
- In-depth knowledge in testing Client-Server and Web based applications in .NET
- Experience with Agile development methodologies preferred
- Ability to rapidly master new technologies
- Self motivation to solve technical challenges and improve your team’s effectiveness
- Excellent English communications skills
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent
