Runaware, Inc. is seeking a qualified Office Manager. You must be an organized professional who has had previous office administrative experience. You will be responsible for supporting company operations by maintaining office systems and assisting management and staff.

Position Requirements
- Assist in the recruitment and management of employees
- Provide full secretarial support to the Management to meet day-to-day activities.
- Handle office facilities administration.
- Handling phone
- Managing the front desk
- Good communication skills
- Computer proficiency a must
- Candidate should be have flair & pleasant personality and should be courteous & ready to help.
- Organize company events such as training/Workshop/Year-end party etc.
- Monitor, deal and negotiate for best rates with suppliers and IT vendors for purchases and services such as stationery, office supplies and computers.
- Stock and inventory control for office related stationary, equipment and products.
- Make travel arrangements as needed. Any transportation, accommodations and other necessary and related arrangements.
- Monitor, deal & negotiate for best corporate rates with different hotels & travel agents. Make travel booking on the internet.
Skill Set Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of related administrative experience
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Highly motivated
- PC proficient
- Experienced in HR and labor laws
- Excellent negotiating skills are necessary
