RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, and release of all platform upgrades and future innovations
- Diagnose and resolve issues affecting platform performance including, but not limited to, database configuration, server performance, and code design
- Participate in ongoing development process enhancement committee
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-6 years of software development experience
- Track record of delivering high quality products on schedule
- Proficient knowledge of C/C++, Java & J2EE, OOAD concepts and Design Patterns
- Thorough knowledge of Windows and Web software development
- Experience in Design and Development of Web and Enterprise level distributed Java based applications using J2EE including JSP, Servlets, Java web services, EJB, Hibernate and XML and deployment using Tomcat/Apache Web Server and Oracle database is big plus
- Experience with Agile development methodologies preferred
- Ability to rapidly grasp and work with new technologies
- Self motivation to solve technical challenges and improve your team’s effectiveness
- Excellent English communications skills
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent
