Runaware, Inc. is seeking a qualified designer experienced with both web and flash. You must be a creative individual who can take direction but also self-motivated. Some action scripting and database/XML integration required. Experience with JavaScript, .NET and JSP a plus. A portfolio of sites and flash projects that you were primarily responsible for creating will be requested.

Skill Set Requirements
- Minimum 2 years education or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of related design experience in both web and flash
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Highly motivated
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Think outside the box
- Proficient in Adobe CS 2 (or 3)
- PC proficient
- Experience in Illustrator a plus
- Experience in JavaScript, .NET and JSP a plus
