- You have experience in server side programming like jsp and apsx and client side programming
- You are a good listener and a creative individual who is able to quickly create something exceptional from loose ideas and concepts
- You are self motivated but also very flexible and are able to take directions
- You are very detail oriented, and consider deadlines something holy
- You have a high stress tolerance, and are to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
- You are able to help manage a team consisting of members in different time zones and countries

- Minimum 5 years of design experience in both web and flash

- PC proficient
- Proficient in Adobe products (Photoshop CS2 / CS3, Illustrator CS 2 / CS3 are MUSTS)
- Experience in Action Script 2 and 3 (is a MUST)
- Experience in JavaScript (a plus), .NET (a plus), ASPX (a MUST), and JSP (a plus)
