TestDrive Setup

To ensure that the TestDrive will work on your computer, we first need to check your browser plug-in settings and test your network connection to the TestDrive servers.

Checking Browser Setup and Internet Connectivity

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The TestDrive System is not supported on browsers set to "High Security Level". In order to run the TestDrive System your security level needs to be lowered to Medium. This can be done by:
  1. Go to tools, Internet Options
  2. Click on the Security Tab
  3. Click on Internet
  4. Click on Custom Level
  5. At the bottom click the down arrow next to high and choose Medium
  6. Click Reset
  7. Click OK, OK
  8. Try the TestDrive System again

Note: Some systems administrators and company policies may not permit changing your security levels.


Your computer is set up and ready to use the TestDrive!

When you start your TestDrive experience, a new browser window will open and connect to the TestDrive system. It will take between 30 and 60 seconds for the system to be configured for you.

Unfortunately your browser is not able to install the required browser plug-in due to your security settings. Please see the Troubleshooting Tips for information on how to solve this issue.


Next you will need to install the TestDrive browser plug-in.
