Marcus Hamberg, Chairman
Mr. Hamberg worked for OM Gruppen AB, holding various positions including; Vice President of Business Development, President of OM Energy Systems AB and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Hamberg was instrumental in the establishment of OM’s business in North America. After leaving OM Gruppen in 2000, he founded Mangold AB, a small-cap investment bank in which he still is a major shareholder and director. Mr. Hamberg graduated in 1993 from the Stockholm School of Economics (M.sc. financial economics).
Tomas Björklund, Board Member
Tomas worked in the brokerage industry for 18 years including Matteus Fondkommission; which he started together with his brother in 1990. Currently he holds a major stock share in a Swedish public company.
Christer Björklund, Board Member
Currently Christer Björklund is CEO and member of the Executive Board of Passito AB. From 1997 to 2001 Christer Björklund was member of the management team at Connecta AB. Prior to this he has more than 15 years experience from the IT business in Scandinavia. He has a Marketing and Sales degree in Finance and Economics from IHM Business School in Stockholm.
Patrik Egervall, Board Member
Currently Patrik is responsible for Strategic Sales at TietoEnators. Prior to his experience at TietoEnator, Mr. Egervall was the CEO at Monetar AB, CP of Sales at WM-Data AB and held different managerial positions within OMX Gruppen AB. Patrik has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a degree from the Management Program at the Tuck Warton Business School.
Karl Björk, Board Member
Karl is currently working as the Senior Vice President and Director of Sales for software company VoiceTrust GmbH. Mr. Björk has extensive experience in International Sales at the following Swedish software companies; Micro Systemation AB from 2004-2007, Sign On from 2001-2002, and iD2/Smarttrust from 1999-2001. Karl has a degree in Finance from Handelshögskolan in Stockholm, majoring in Marketing and German Business.
Tim Keyes, Board Member
In 2002, Mr. Keyes joined Runaware as a Senior Account Manager, was promoted to VP of North American Operations in 2006 and promoted again to Chief Operating Officer at the end of 2006. Before becoming a part of the Runaware team, Mr. Keyes was once owner of SWOP Eastern, a propane gas company. After extraordinary growth, from 17 distribution locations to over 480 locations, he sold the business in 2001. Tim holds a BS degree from Lakehead University in Canada with a Concentration in Economics, Political Science and Law.
